A little about me –

I am a registered dietitian by trade and work in outpatient counseling. I love working one on one with folks and teaching nutrition classes. But I also love all things food, including cooking and teaching cooking classes. I find that lack of confidence in the kitchen is one of the biggest barriers, and I hope to improve that.

My husband and I recently moved back to my hometown of Richmond, VA. We purchased an older home that needed quite a bit of work. We ended up completing a complete kitchen renovation to create an amazing space where I can create my culinary masterpieces. Just kidding – I’m not a chef, but I do love to make meals for my family and friends. In fact we get together almost every Sunday for family dinner. 

I’m inviting you to cook with me. My goal is to share how to make healthy meals and to inspire you to cook more at home. I hope to share delicious seasonal recipes and also share ideas for getting organized in the home.
